Morenike is a member of the Nigerian and international Bar Association. She is an active member of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators in the UK and the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG).   

She is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator. She Holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Lagos.

Morenike lives in Lagos with her husband and two children.
